摘要
一般认为,样品受入射电子的弹性散射形成高分辨电镜图象的衬度,而非弹性散射电子形成低分辨的非周期性的背底叠加在图像上,使图像的村度降低。本文指出,应用频率域高通滤波法对高分辨电镜图像进行计算机处理,可以大大减弱非弹性散射引起的背底,使图像的村度得到显著改善。
In high resolution electron microscopy the electrons scattered inelastically at the specimen contribute to the low resolution and non-periodic background which imposs on the image formed by electrons scattered elastically and blur it. This paper shows that the resolution of the images can be improved by using highpass filtering process to reduce its background.
