摘要
作者利用荧光法在大白鼠肠系膜微血管网中选定的一根目标血管内诱发了血小板聚集、粘附,继而在血管壁形成壁栓直至全部栓塞。形成微血栓的血管像经显微电视系统将图象传入IBM—PC/AT微型计算机的PIP—1024图象采集板,经A/D转换,利用计算机图象处理技术,求得血栓面积大小。本方法可用于血栓形成过程分析及抗血栓药物筛选的定量研究。
Using a model divelopped by irradiation of filtered light and intravascular adminis tration of fluo-rescien sodium, we studied initial thrombogensis in vivo. The procedure of thrombus formation was monitored with a TV system, and the video images were converted into the digital images and analyzed by microcomputer. With image processing, we measured the size of thrombogenses and microvessel di-airieter. This method is useful for studying procedure of thrombus growth and evaluating the effects of anti-platelet aggregating drugs.
