摘要
目的 :观察灸法对HIV/AIDS患者的临床疗效及对T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法 :将特定中药纳入温灸器内点燃 ,置于患者穴位 ,每日或隔日治疗 1次 ,30天为一疗程。结果 :经 5个疗程治疗后 ,患者乏力、发热、皮疹、淋巴结肿大、咳嗽、腹泻、纳呆等症状均有改善。治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群测试结果经统计学处理 ,差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。 结论 :灸法治疗HIV/AIDS患者有一定疗效。
Objective To investigate clinical therapeutic effect of moxibustion and its effect on T-lymphocyte subgroups in the patient of HIV/AIDS. Methods The warming-moxibustion instrument with burning special Chinese drugs was placed on acupoints of the patient, once each day or once every other day, 30 days constituting one therapeutic course. Results After treatment of 5 courses, asthenia, fever, skin rash, lymphadenectasis, cough, diarrhea, anorexia and other symptoms improved, and there was no significant change before and after treatment in lymphocyte subgroups (P>0.05). Conclusion Moxibustion has a certain therapeutic effect for the patient of HIV/AIDS.
