摘要
将柔性资源应用于流水线生产中 ,可以最大限度地发挥资源本身的潜力 ,使流水线产生更高的效率 ,但同时也使生产计划的制定过程更加复杂。在 FRFS问题模型的基础上 ,将分枝定界法与平行切线法相结合 ,选取最优资源投入量 ,进而得到最优计划 ,完善了柔性资源计划问题的解法。
The maximum potential power of flexible-resource and great improvements in the flow shop manufacturing efficiency can be achieved by the use of optimal scheduling. However,it will make the flexible-resource flow shop scheduling (FRFS) much more complex than usual. Based on the model for FRFS problem,this paper improves the current solution to by combining branch-and-bound algorithm with partan algorithm and by selecting the most optimal schedule.
