自蔓延高温合成La_(0.67)Sr_(0.33)MnO_(3-δ)粉体的研究 被引量:3

Study on Synthesis of La_(0.67)Sr_(0.33)MnO_(3-δ) Powder by SHS Method

摘要 采用自蔓延高温合成 (SHS)技术合成了 L a0 .6 7Sr0 .33Mn O3-δ粉体。研究了 KMn O4 含量、压坯密度对燃烧反应及退火温度对粉体性能的影响 ,并用 XRD、SEM对粉体的性能进行了表征 ,结果表明 :KMn O4 用量为 0 .3时 ,反应完全且晶粒大小均匀 ;反应的原料混合物压坯密实度的降低可使燃烧温度有所增大 ;最佳退火温度为 110 0℃。 The La_ 0.67 Sr_ 0.33 MnO_ 3- δ powder was synthesized using the SHS method. The effect of the KMnO_4 content,density of the body and the temperature of annealing on the properties of the powder were investigated. XRD and SEM were used to characterize the powder. The results showed that when the relative content of KMnO_4 is 0.3,the reaction is completed and the size of the grains is almost homogeneous. Furthermore,reduction in the body′s density may lead to the increase in the combustion temperature. The ideal temperature of annealing is 1 100 ℃.
