水泥低温降失水早强剂DWA-Ⅱ的作用机理研究 被引量:1

摘要 吉林油田针对 1 0 0 0m以下调整井固井中存在的问题 ,使用由低温降失水早强剂DWA Ⅱ配制成的早强抗窜水泥浆 ,该体系在保证水泥浆高流动性和良好顶替效率的同时 ,解决了水泥浆失水量大、凝结时间长、渗透率高、早期强度低等问题 ,提高了固井质量。在室内用红外光谱、紫外光谱、扫描电镜、Zeta电位测试、X 射线衍射、显微照相、孔隙结构测试和渗透率测试等分析手段和技术 ,对DWA Ⅱ进行了微观测试研究和作用机理探讨。DWA Ⅱ是由大分子经过化学手段变成的中、小分子的共聚物 ,在水泥浆中能充分伸展 ,分子链上带有多个强吸附基团和强水化基团 ,它们能与水泥颗粒以氢键、静电力、分子间力进行吸附 ,且吸附量大 ,吸附层多 ;DWA Ⅱ加入水泥浆后 ,在同龄期内液相中的Ca2 + 、OH-、SO42 -等离子浓度增加 ,Ca(OH) 2 和CaSO4的饱和系数增大 ,浆体迅速处于过饱和状态 ,所以DWA Ⅱ水泥浆在同龄期内水化产物的结晶、沉淀反应进行得早 ,促使结晶—沉淀过程进行得更充分、更完善 ;因此DWA Ⅱ改善了水泥颗粒的电性质、吸附性能、水化性能。 An early strength channeling control cement slurry system with DWA Ⅱas low temperature filtrate loss reducer and early strength accelerator was used in Jilin oilfield to cope with cementing problems existing in more than 1000 m section in adjusting wells. By using the system, not only cement slurry's high flowability and good displacement efficiency were remained, but also problems of severe filtrate loss, long setting time, high permeability and poor early strength were solved, the cementing quality was improved as well. To study the action mechanism of DWA Ⅱ, methods and equipments including infrared spectrometer, ultraviolet spectrum, scanning electron microscope, Zeta potential analyzer, X ray diffraction, micrography, porometer and permeamter were used. Also, microcosmic construction of DWA Ⅱ was tested and studied. Results showed that with the using of DWA Ⅱ, the electric characteristics, adsorption property, hydration and permeability of cement particle were improved. Meanwhile, action mechanism of DWA Ⅱ improving Dalian A class cement slurry's flowability, reducing filtrate loss, increasing cement stone's early strength and ensuring thickening curve appearing right angle was investigated.
