摘要
目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断急性附睾炎的应用价值。方法 采用东阿NF1 0 0 0型彩色电脑色像仪 ,探头频率 7 5MHz。分别于治疗前、治疗后进行超声观察。结果 CDFI检查治疗前 4 6例病变附睾均可探及丰富血流信号 ,呈五彩花团样。治疗后血流信号明显减少。结论 彩色多普勒超声二维图像可清晰显示治疗前后附睾形态学特征 。
Objective To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of acute epididymitis.Methods Adopt Donge Nf 1000 type computer color display,probe frequency 7.5 MHz,ultrasound observing in pre-treatment and after treatment.ResultsCDFI examination could show abundant blood flow signal in lesion epididymitis 46 cases before the treatment.Present the multi-colored and bouquet structure,the blood flow signal obviously reduced after treatment.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound two-dimensional picture can clearly show morphology characteristic of epididymitis before and after treatment,could be regarded as reliable index of diagnosis and effect evaluation for acute epididymitis.
