摘要
目的 探讨进一步提高恶性淋巴瘤疗效的方法。 方法 以替尼泊甙联合CHOP方案随机治疗 2 3例恶性淋巴瘤 ,按全国统一标准评定疗效。 结果 完全缓解率 73 9% ,部分缓解率 1 3 1 % ,有效率 87% ,未出现严重不良反应。
Objective To explore more effective regimens for malignant lymphoma.Methods 23 patients was randomly treated with teniposide plus CHOP regimens.Results The CR rate is 73 9%,the PR rate is 13 1%,total effective rate is 87%.There were no serious side-effect.Conclusion The teniposide plus CHOP regimens is better to treat malignant lymphoma.
