摘要
目的 增加对低血糖昏迷急症的认识 ,提高其早期诊断率 ,减少误诊率。方法 对急诊收治的 38例低血糖昏迷病人的病因、症状、体征、血糖及治疗进行了统计和分析。结果 38例低血糖昏迷病因以老年人、降糖药物过量或应用不当、肝肾功能不全、急性感染等因素有关 ,其临床表现形式多样、复杂。结论 昏迷急诊病人在第一时间内常规检测血糖 ,及早鉴别 。
Objective To further understand the signs and symptoms of acute coma caused by hypoglycaemia and thus increase the accuracy of early diagnosis and minimize mis-diagnosis. Methods Statistical analysis was conducted on the pathogeny, symptoms, signs, blood glucose level and treatment of 38 coma patients with acute hypoglycaemia. Results Of the 38 coma patients with acute hypoglycaemia, the main causes of the condition are: old age, over dose or abuse of glucose-lowering medicine, dysfunction of liver and kidney, acute infection etc., the clinical symptoms are complicated. Conclusion To achieve early diagnosis and appropriate treatment, acute coma patients should be checked for their blood glucose level immediately.
