摘要
目的 探讨脉络宁高压氧联合治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病临床疗效。方法 将收住院的 1 2 8例HIE患儿分为观察组和对照组 ,每组各 6 4例 ,对照组采用常规治疗 ,观察组采用脉络宁联合高压氧治疗。结果 观察组有效率 92 2 % ,对照组有效率 73 4 % ,两组相比差异有显著性P <0 0 5。结论 脉络宁、高压氧联合应用效果好 ,能提高患儿智力水平 。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Mailuoning with hyperbaric oxygen to treat the hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy of newborn.Methods Divide the 128 cases HIE patients in hospital into observation group and control group,there are 64 cases in each group,give control group routine treatment,observation group with Mailuoning allied with hyperbaric oxygen.Results The cure rate is 92 2% in observation group,the cure rate is 73 4% in control group;the difference is significant between two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect is good by alliance using,it can improve the level of intelligence of child patients and should be publicized clinically.
