恶性血液病患者系统性真菌感染的诊断与治疗 被引量：3

摘要 化疗及造血干细胞移植可明显改善多数恶性血液病患者的预后,但随之产生的获得性中性粒细胞减少及免疫缺陷可引发致命的系统性真菌感染。因此早期诊断和经验性抗真菌治疗,成为提高患者生存率的关键措施。此外,一些具有毒性小,抗菌谱更广的新的抗真菌药物的研究及开发,也为真菌感染的治疗提供了更多的选择。
