原发性骨髓纤维化的治疗进展 被引量：4

摘要 原发性骨髓纤维化又名骨髓纤维化伴髓样化生等,是慢性骨髓增殖性疾病中预后最差的一种,中位生存期5年。目前认为其发病机制为巨核细胞及单核细胞克隆性增生释放的细胞因子介导骨髓纤维组织增生所致。异基因造血干细胞移植是根治骨髓纤维化的唯一方法。近年来针对病因的研究使改善症状的治疗效果也有所提高。应根据患者的预后来选择治疗方法。本文对骨髓纤维化的传统药物治疗及新的治疗手段方面的研究进展作一综述。
