SDF-1/CXCR4轴与血管新生 被引量：3

摘要 基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)及其特异性受体CXCR4所构成的SDF-1/CXCR4轴,在骨髓造血干细胞回髓以及恶性血液肿瘤的浸润、耐药等方面起着重要的作用,这些方面的研究已日益受到广泛关注。近年来的研究发现,SDF-1/CXCR4与血管新生过程可能有着密切的关系。本文就此作一综述。
