制约农民增收的因素有多个方面,其中制度因素是根本的因素。这些制度因素主要包括土地、农产品经营管理、户籍、教育和国家财政货币政策熏研究并解决这些制约因素是解决目前“三农”问题的关键。
the factor which can bring influence to farmers' income exists in many aspects, and institution is essential, which mainly include soil, operation and management of produce ,identity of dweller ,education and policy of finance and monetary. So it is key to resolve farmers' problem that research and overcome these aspects.
