摘要
目的 探讨心脏破裂伤的早期诊断和救治原则。方法 对 14例心脏破裂伤患者进行回顾性分析。全组患者男 12例 ,女 2例 ,平均年龄 4 2岁。其中心脏穿通伤 7例 ,外伤性室间隔缺损 1例 ,钝性伤 5例 ,医源性损伤 1例。现场紧急开胸 3例。急诊手术治疗 10例 ,择期手术 1例。结果 12例经手术治疗痊愈出院 ,死亡 2例。结论 对严重胸部外伤患者应高度警惕心脏破裂可能 ,早期诊断、果断手术是救治成功的关键。
Objective To investigate the early diagnosis and treatment of cardiac rupture.Methods A retrospective review was carried out on 14 cases with cardiac rapture. All cases comprised 12 male and 2 female patients.The average age was 41.6 years.There were 7 cases with penetrating wounds, 5 with nonpenetrating, 1 with ventricular septal defect, and 1 caused by introgenic injuries. 3 cases received emergency operation at the scene.11 cases were operated in the operation room.Results 12 patients survied and 2 cases died. Conclusion Early and timely diagnosis and emergency treatment can lead to gratifying effects.
