摘要
打击恐怖犯罪活动 ,必须要有完善的法律保障 ,中国目前虽然也有反恐立法 ,但还有许多需要完善的地方 ,尤其是需要制定一部专门的反恐刑事法律。
To fight against the terrific criminal activity, it is essential to rely on completed legislation. China has made some legislation in anti-terrorism, but they need improving, especially, to make a special criminal law in anti-terrorism.
