摘要
目的 :探讨营养不良儿童神经精神发育状况及导致营养不良的主要原因。方法 :对 6 8例儿童神经精神发育状况进行了分析。按 WHO确定营养不良诊断标准 ,对体重低下、生长迟缓、消瘦做出诊断 ;神经精神发育评估采用 0～ 6岁小儿神经心理发育检查表评分标准 ,结果以发育商表示 ,并同时调查有关社会环境因素。结果 :营养不良儿童平均发育商为 87.84 ,处于常模的正常偏低水平 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义 ,P<0 .0 1;各能区发育商比较 ,认知能力 >大运动 >社会适应 >精细运动 >语言发育 ,与对照组比较明显减低 ,P<0 .0 1;喂养不当引起营养不良者占 6 7.6 % ,社会环境状况占 4 4 .1%。结论 :营养不良不仅影响儿童的体格发育而且也影响儿童的神经精神发育 ,儿童营养不良由多因素造成 ,喂养不当是导致营养不良的主要原因。
Objective:To study neuropsychological development of children with malnutrition and the causes resulting in malnutrition in 68 cases.Methods:Neuropsychological development status was assessed by the neuropsychological development inventory for children aged 0~6 years old,resulting in development quotient(DQ) and characters of each family,feeding pattern and history of diarrhea and infections of respiratory tract investigated.Results:The average DQ of 68 cases was 87.84,at lower level of the norm.The sequence of the level of each function region was cognitive ability(91.63±12.55)>gross movement (90.25±12.38) > social adaptation (88.94±10.23)> fine movement (84.59±8.70)> language development (83.95±14.30).There were statistical significance difference in function regions between two groups (P<0.01).64% of cases were feeded unproperly,44% of cases had social environment factors resulting in malnutrition.Conclusion:Malnutrition affects not only children's physical growth but also neuropsychological development adversely.The main causes of malnutrition in this group are inadequate diet.
