摘要
目的 探讨阵发性室上性心动过速 (PSVT)中房室结折返性心动过速 (AVNRT)和房室折返性心动过速 (AVRT)对人心房电生理特性的影响。方法 对 2 1例住院进行电生理检查和 (或 )导管射频消融术中出现自发或诱发的AVNRT和AVRT患者 ,分别于AVNRT和AVRT发生前及发生终止后对高位右心房 (HRA)、低位右心房 (LRA)、希氏束周围 (HB)等多部位进行S1S2扫描 ,测定心房有效不应期 (ERP)、右心房内及心房间传导时间的变化。结果 AVNRT和AVRT终止后心房ERP缩短 ,与各自心动过速前相比均P <0 0 1。该缩短改变可以在 5min内恢复 ,心房传导时间无改变。结论 阵发性AVNRT和AVRT可以使人心房ERP缩短 。
Objective To study the effection on human atrium electric remodeling of atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia(AVNTR) and atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia(AVRT) in paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(PSVT) Methods Twenty one patients of hospitalization were performed with electrophysiology examination and(or) radiofequency cather ablation(RFCA),so the patients appear AVNRT or AVRT spontaneously or induced And then the patients were performed S1S2 scaning in hight right atrium(HRA),low right atrium(LRA),hisian bunch and others sites before and after AVNRT or AVRT to examine atrium electric refractory period(ERP) and right atrium interior transmit time Results Atrium ERP afte PSVT are shorter than before both in AVNRT or AVRT,P<0 01,and the variation can recover in 5 minutes Righe atrium interior transmit time show no variation Conclusion AVNRT and AVRT may shorten human atrium ERP,this induce atrium electric remodeling
