摘要
目的 通过卫生监督检查 ,及时掌握消毒产品市场的基本情况 ,进一步制定监督措施 ,从而更好地保护广大人民群众的身体健康和生命安全。方法 汇总、整理全省各地市、各县区卫生监督机构依据河南省卫生厅有关文件精神 ,对消毒相关产品准售证件等进行监督检查并对报表资料进行分析。结果 各种消毒产品的卫生许可批件持有率、生产企业卫生许可证持有率、检验报告合格证持证率的差异较大且均有统计学意义(P <0 0 0 1) ;各种准售证件持有率均以卫生用品为最低 ,其次为一次性医疗用品。结论 消毒用品中不同产品准售证件的持证率差异较大 ,卫生用品、一次性医疗用品的不同准售证件持有率差异也较大。监督机构应进一步加强监督力度 ,使消毒产品市场进一步规范。
Objective Through sanitary surveillance and inspection,promptly and thoroughly learn about the market of sterilized products and work out further supervisory measures to better protect people's health.Methods We collected,rearranged and analyzed the report forms and documents of inspection of certificates of sterilized products from different cities and counties all over Henan province which were submit under the guidance of Henan Health Administration Bureau.Results The license holding rate of sterilized products,of manufacturers,and the certificate holding rate of test reports were greatly different,which was statistically significant(P<0 001).Sanitary products had the lowest license holding rate and one-time medical products had lower license holding rate.Conclusion The two rates mentioned above were different.Sanitary surveillance should be reinforced to further normalize the sterilized products market.
