摘要
利用水蒸气蒸馏方法从陕西栽培的核桃品种西洛3号提取了核桃叶挥发性物质,用GC/MS法分离确定出20种化学成分,其中主要成分 相对含量 为萜类 84.89% 、芳香烃 3.9% 和酯类 1.34% 化合物,占总检出量约90.84%.
An essential oil was extracted from Juglans regia L. (Xiluo No.3) grown in Shaanxi Province by hydrodistillation. 20 volatile components of the oil were identified by GC-MS. The main components are terpenoids (84.89%),aromatics (3.9%),and esters (1.34%). The total identification ratio was about (90.84)%.
