摘要
报道1种制备C/C复合材料抗烧蚀TaC涂层的新技术。用红外光谱、XRD及SEM分析和表征醇基钽膜,用XRD和SEM分析和表征TaC涂层。制备出的醇基钽是非晶态结构,在C/C复合材料上将这种凝胶铺展形成致密的多层膜。在石墨化炉中多层膜被转化为TaC涂层。在 1 200℃时,形成的涂层中含有 TaC 和 Ta2O5。高于1 400℃时涂层中只有TaC存在。1 600℃时所形成的涂层是1种连续致密的层状结构,1 400℃ 时所形成的涂层是1种多微孔的网状结构。
A new technology for preparation of TaC coating on C/C composite material is reported. The ethylate tantalum film is characterized by FT-IR spectra, XRD and SEM, and the TaC coating is characterized by XRD and SEM. The amorphous ethylate tantalum jellied is prepared and is spreaded out densely on the surface of C/C composite material to form a multi-films. In the graphite furnace the multi-films is transformed into the TaC coatings at various temperature At 1 200degreesC the coating contains TaC and Ta(2)O(5),and at above 1 400degreesC only TaC exists. The structure of the coating at 1 600degreesC is a continuous dense stratum structure, and at 1 400degreesC is a porous net structure.
