摘要
以高浓度含铬污水为研究对象,通过预处理、还原、自制的复合絮凝剂进行絮凝的方法,将含铬污水进行了净化处理,从而使废水总铬含量从7.940g/L降至1.386mg/L(其中Cr6+0.450mg/L),可低标排放,并用所得污泥制得抛光膏,对其配方、性能及浸出毒性做了研究。从环保及应用方面为高浓度含铬污水的处理与利用验证了一条有效安全的途径。
In this paper, the high concentration chrome wastewater is studied, which is sampled from IRICO electronic shadow mask plant. In the course, we treated the wastewater by the compound flocculate agent which is made by ourselves. As a result, the concentration of chrome is reduced from 7.940g/l to 1.386mg/l(Cr~6+0.450mg/l),which is below the standard. At the same time, we made the dirty mire into polishing paste and studied its formulation, function and leaching toxicity. Proceed from the environmental protection and application factors, a effective and safe method was tested in the treatments of the high concentration chrome wastewater.
