摘要
采用刷镀微弧氧化的方法在铝质材料上制备陶瓷层。测定了陶瓷层在干燥大气和潮湿大气中的绝缘性能,并分析了微弧氧化工艺条件、涂层特性对膜层绝缘性能的影响。
The ceramic coating was prepared firstly by the method of brush plating microarc oxidation on aluminum materials.The insulation of the ceramic coatings was tested in the arid and moist atmosphere separately.The influences of the technology parameters and the coating characteristics on the insulating property of the microarc oxidation coatings were also analyzed.
