摘要
目的 :研究补肾益精方药对老龄大鼠肝、肾、睾丸、脾DNATOPOⅡ活性的影响 ,初步探讨补肾益精方药抗衰老的机理。方法 :用雄性老年大鼠为肾虚模型 ,观察左归饮、益肾宝对TOPOⅡ活性的影响。结果 :老年大鼠TOPOⅡ的活性明显低于青年大鼠 ,经灌喂左归饮、益肾宝后 ,老年大鼠TOPOⅡ的活性显著提高。结论 :补肾益精方药能提高老年大鼠TOPOⅡ的活性 ,起到延缓衰老的作用。
Objective:To study effect of prescriptions for Tonifying Kidney and Benefiting Essence of life on topo Ⅱ activity of liver, kidney, testis and spleen of senile rats.Methods:Using male, old senile rats as models of Kidney-Asthenia,the effect of Zuoguiyin and YishenBao on topo Ⅱ activity was observed.Results:Topo Ⅱ activity of senile rats was distinctly lower than those of young rat group.After above-mentioned two prescriptions were given to the senile rats,topo Ⅱ activity of the senile rats obviously increased.Conclusions:Both Zuoguiyin and Yishenbao could promote topo Ⅱ activity of senile rats and prolong life.
