摘要
采用酯硬化水玻璃砂工艺、选用国产设备对旧砂进行处理。经过5年多的运行和改造,具备了年产3000吨大型球墨铸铁管件的生产能力,而且管件尺寸公差等级达到了CT10级,表面粗糙度低于100 μm,重量偏差等级达到MT11级,综合成品率大于96％,旧砂回用率达到85％。
Adopting ester hardening water glass sand technology and reclamation of the old sand with domestic e-quipment, capability of an annual output of 3000 tons of large ductile iron fittings has been obtained after more than five years operation and renovation,with the tolerance level of the fittings sizes up to class CT10, surface roughness Ra lower than 100 um,weight deviation grade to class MTU ,comprehensive pass rate is more than 96%,re-use rate of old sand up to 85%.
