摘要
应用挤铸工艺制造模块具有重要的技术进步意义和经济效果。本文在论述挤压铸造机理和工艺特点的基础上,重点论述挤压铸造模块的金属型设计要点、工艺参数、挤铸成形模块的性能和质量、挤铸模块可能产生的缺陷及防止措施。
Mechanism and process characteristics of squeeze casting have been expounded with emphasis on die design,the process parameters, mechanical properties and quality of the block die formed by squeeze casting, probable defects of the block die, and the measures avoiding the defects.
