摘要
目的探讨儿童桥小脑角胶质瘤的诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗和并发症的处理等问题。方法对第148医院和青岛市市立医院神经外科1997～2002年手术治疗的儿童桥小脑角胶质瘤13例临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果星形细胞瘤10例,髓母细胞瘤3例;肿瘤全切5例,次全切除4例,部分切除4例,病死1例。结论对儿童桥小脑角胶质瘤早期诊断、早期显微手术,术后辅以放疗、化疗等综合措施,将能进一步提高疗效。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis,differential diagnosis,treatment of children astrocyte tumors at cerebellopontine angle,and management of its complications.Methods The clinical data of13cases of children astrocyte tumors at cerebellopontine angle from the department of neurosurgery,148th hospital of PLA and Qingdao hospital from1997to2002were analysed retrospec tively.All the patienes were treated on surgically.Results The10cases were glioblastoma ,3medullobiastoma.Tumors were totally removed in5cases,sub-removed in4and partially removed in4,1died.Conclusion Children astrocyte tumors at cerebellopontine angle should be diagnosed,microsurgical treated on early,and suffered to radiotherapy and chemotherapy as well other comprehen siver measures after operation,which would increase the curative effects.[
