摘要
本文运用系统工程的理论,采用线性规划方法,根据白清乡小流域的具体情况将小流域治理与开发的主要问题综合在一个模型中加以描述,建立相应的数学模型,提出了白清小流域的各项优化指标。
By applying the linear programming method of system engineering theory to the particular conditions of the small-scale watershed of Baiqing town, Liaoning Province,the main problems in its harness and development were discussed by integrating them in a model, and the relevant mathematical model was developed and the optimized targets were put forward.
