摘要
目的 :观察俞募配穴针法为主治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法 :将 65例更年期综合征患者随机分为 3组 ,观察组采用以俞募穴相配为主的针刺方法治疗 ,并与普通针刺法及药物疗法进行随机对照观察。结果 :总有效率观察组为 93 3 % ,普通针刺组为 80 0 % ,药物组为 66 7% ,3组疗效差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :俞募配穴针法为主治疗更年期综合征明显优于普通针法及药物治疗。
ObjectiveTo observe clinical therapeutic effect of combination of Shu-and Mu-points on climacteric syndrome. Metho ds65 cases of climacteric syndrome were randomly divided into 3 groups , observation group, normal acupuncture group and medication group. The observat ion group were treated mainly by acupuncture of combination of Shu-and Mu -points. The therapeutic effects of the 3 groups were compared. Resul tsThe total effective rate was 93 3% in the observation group, 80 0% in the normal acupuncture group and 66 7% in the medication group, with a sign ificant difference among the 3 groups (P<0 05). ConclusionThe therapeutic effect of acupuncture of combination of Shu-and Mu-p oints on climacteric syndrome is significantly better than that of the normal ac upuncture or medication.
