摘要
目的探讨短期化疗对儿童急性白血病 (AL)患儿胰岛素样生长因子系统 (IGFs)的影响。方法胰岛素样生长因子 -I(IGF_I)应用特异的放射免疫法测定 ,胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白 -3(IGFBP_3)应用免疫放射法测定。结果AL组血清IGF_I治疗前为 (118.7±61.7)μg/ml,治疗6个月时为 (124.4±48.8)μg/ml,均明显低于对照组 (P<0.05) ,治疗前与治疗6个月时IGF -I水平差异无显著性 ;AL组血清IGFBP_3水平治疗前为(2801.6±1083.3)μg/ml,显著低于对照组的(3690.2±889.7)μg/ml和治疗6个月时的 (3789.2±987.1)μg/ml,治疗6个月时IGFBP_3水平与对照组差异无显著性 ,治疗前血清IGF_I水平与IGFBP_3水平有高度相关性 (r=0.834,P<0.01)。结论化学治疗对AL患儿IGFS有影响 ,同时引起IGF_I和IGFBP_3关系紊乱。
Objective To investigate the impact of short term chemotherapy on the insulin-like growth factor system(IGFs)in children with acute leukemia.Methods The serum insulin-like growth factorⅠ(IGF-Ⅰ)level was measured with specific radioimmunoassay(RIA)and the insulin-like growth factor binding protein3(IGFBP-3)level was measured with immunoradioassay(IRMA).Results The serum levels of IGF-Ⅰwere significantly lower in children with acute leukemia at diagnosis(118.7±61.7μg/ml)and6months after chemotherapy initiation(124.4±48.8μg/ml)than those in the normal controls(P<0.05).The serum levels of IGF-Ⅰwere not significantly different at diagnosis and6months after chemotherapy was initiated.The serum levels of IGFBP-3for children with leukemia was2801.6±1083.3μg/ml,significantly lower than in normal controls(3690.2±889.7μg/ml)and6months after initiation of chemotherapy(3789.2±987.1μg/ml),without significantly difference between the control group and6months after chemotheraˉpy.Furthermore,the serum IGF-Ⅰlevels were significantly correlated with IGFBP-3levels before treatment(r=0.834,P<0.01).Conclusions Chemotherapy can affect IGFs levels and the relationship between IGF-Ⅰand IGFBP-3in children with acute leukemia
