摘要
目的 :研究Nd :YAP激光不同功率、照射时间对胃的生物效应的影响。方法 :以犬作为实验对象 ,以不同功率、不同照射时间照射胃 ,以肉眼、光镜、电镜观察不同激光参数的生物学作用。结果 :Nd :YAP激光作用于胃 ,以热凝固效应为主 ,并有一定的消融作用。病理见全层凝固变性剂量 10W、5秒 ,2 0W、4秒 ,30W、2秒 ,4 0W~ 6 0W、1秒 ;结论 :Nd :YAP激光作用于胃组织 ,以 10W、5秒 ,2 0W、4秒 ,30W、2秒以下的剂量较安全 ,可减少穿孔的机率。Nd :YAP激光的组织表面消融、热凝固作用与平均功率。
Objective:To evaluate the biological effect of Nd:YAP laser in different of power and rradiation time on canine stomach. Methods: The canine stomach were irradiated by Nd:YAP laser with different power and irradiation time. The damage with naked eye, micro and ultramicro structure was observed. Results:The thermal coagulation effect is mostly and ablation effect is subordinate on biological effect of Nd:YAP laser on canine stomach . Thermal coagulation dose on deep derma is 10W?5s;20W?4s;30W?2s;40~60W?1s by pathology .Conclusion: Better safety dose on canine stomach by Nd:YAP laser is power 10W?time less than 5s; power 20W?time less than 4s ;power 30W?time less than 2s.The ablation and thermal coagulation effects of Nd:YAP laser on canine stomach is positive correlative with power and time .
