摘要
通过对2003年全国220kV及以上电压等级输变电设施、城市用户供电可靠性及发电设备的可靠性指标的统计,对影响输变电设施、用户供电可靠性、发电机组可靠性的主要影响因素进行分析与评估。特别是通过近几年的指标分析比较,提出影响可靠性因素的变化趋势,为提高发电、输变电设施及供电用户可靠性提供了有益的依据。
Through summarizing the reliability indexes of nationwide 220 kV and above transmission and substation facilities, service for
urban customers and generating equipment, this paper analyzes and estimates the main influencing factors on the reliabilities of
transmission and substation facilities, service for customers and generating units, especially through the analysis and comparison of indexes
of recent years, puts forward the variation trends of factors having influence on reliability, affording the beneficial basis for improving the
reliabilities of generating equipment, transmission and substation facilities and service for customers.
