回顾总结中国国电集团公司成立1年来的安全管理工作,通过健全组织机构、建立规章制度、实行目标管理,实现了集团公司良好的开局;介绍在2004年拟建立的安全生产长效机制的主要内容。
Since the founding of China Guodian Corporation at the end of 2002, it has made a good beginning by meaus of perfecting
institutional framework, establishing rules and regulations, and carrying out management by objectives. This paper retrospects and
summarizes the corporation's safety management work of the past year, and describes the major content of long -acting mechanism of safety
production to be set in 2004.
