提高碾压混凝土层面粘结性能的试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 碾压混凝土施工层面是一个薄弱环节 ,可能引起坝体漏水、扬压力增大、抗剪强度降低 ,安全度下降。碾压混凝土坝层面粘结问题一直是影响碾压混凝土筑坝技术发展的关键技术问题之一。为了解决好层面粘结 ,尤其是抗渗问题 ,人们从结构设计、施工工艺和材料等方面采取了许多措施。本文正是结合这一关键技术问题 ,在分析了碾压混凝土坝层面处理现状后 ,将无机胶应用于碾压混凝土层面 ,进行粘结强度和抗渗性试验 ,其层面粘结强度和抗渗性优于碾压混凝土本体 ,达到层面零缺陷。 The layer of roller compacted concrete is the unsubstantial link, which maybe leads to the leakage of the dam, the increase of the uplift, the decrease of the shear strength and degree of safety. The layer adhesion of roller compacted concrete is the key technique of building roller concrete dam. In order to develop the layer adhesion, especially impermeability, many measures may be used such as structural design, construction method and materials. After analyzing the methods of disposing the layer, it is shown that the layer adhesion by using unorganic cohesive glue is better than that of the body of roller compacted concrete in the testing research of adhesion and impermeability, the layer adhesion has the minimal defeat.
