摘要
采用有限元法对某大型水轮发电机组的上机架和顶盖结构进行了振动特性分析,得到了结构的自振频率和相应的振型,结果表明:顶盖产生共振的可能性较大,应加以预防。
Structural vibration is a kind of common phenomena when a large-scale hydropower generator unit is running. The intense vibration will affect the operating stability of unit. In this paper, the finite element method was applied to the vibration characteristic analysis for the upper bracket and head cover of a certain large-scale hydropower generator unit. The natural frequencies and corresponding mode shapes of the structures are obtained. This is a fundamental research work for the further analysis of structural dynamic response of the water turbine unit. It is useful for vibration analysis and can prevent resonent vibration of head cover of the unit.
