全淀粉热塑性塑料薄膜的制备及性能研究 被引量:5

Preparation of all-starch thermoplastics and the study on its properties

摘要 对马铃薯淀粉进行醚化改性,在改性后的淀粉中加入水、PVA、甘油等助剂,制备全淀粉热塑性塑料薄膜。研究了交联剂含量、淀粉含量对淀粉薄膜力学性能的影响,用红外光谱对其进行表征、用扫描电镜研究其形貌,研究其在实验室条件和雨水条件下降解时的质量和力学性能的变化。 Modifying potato starch with etherification, adding water, PVA, glycerol and other assisting agent to the modificated starch to prepare all-starch thermoplastic thin film was studied. The effects of crosslinking agent content and starch content on the mechanical behavior of starch film, its morphology by scanning electron microscope, and its changes of quality and mechanical behavior when it degrades in laboratory and in rain were also discussed.
