摘要
提出与"核心期刊"对应的"边缘期刊"概念,"核心期刊"是市场经济社会的产物,而"边缘期刊"是计划经济政策的产物。笔者对文、理科综合版学报这类典型的"边缘期刊"的办刊困境展开讨论,从几个方面分析了产生问题原因,探讨了走出困境的出路。要摆脱"边缘期刊"状态,有待于期刊主管部门的宏观调控和期刊社自身的努力。
' The Periodicals on the rim'is put forward, which is the opposite to 'the core periodicals'.'The core periodical' is a result of market economy. However, 'the periodical on the rim' is a product of the planned economy. The difficulties of synthetic journals of arts and science,'periodicals on the rim',are listed in the article; their causes are analyzed and the solutions are explored. The end of the dilemma of 'the periodicals on the rim' lies on the macro-regulation of the responsible department as well as the effort of the editorial department.
