心肺脑复苏后脑超微结构变化及乌司他丁的干预效应

摘要 目的:探讨心肺脑复苏后脑超微结构的变化,以及酶抑制剂乌司他丁(UTI)的干预效应。方法:24只成年健康普通级SD大鼠,随机分成对照组(8只)、复苏组(8只)、药物组(8只)。对照组仅行气管切开术,不夹闭气管不造成心跳呼吸骤停;复苏纽与药物组建立心肺脑复苏模型,药物组在心肺脑复苏时加用单次UTI 105U/kg。对照组于气切后6 h,复苏组与药物组在复苏成功后6h快速断头取皮层脑组织观察脑超微结构的变化。结果:脑组织超微结构改变复苏组神经元细胞、神经胶质细胞胞质水肿,血管-神经突趔间隙(V-R间隙)明显扩张,多数线粒体空泡变性,神经突起空泡变性;药物组神经元细胞、神经胶质细胞结构基本正常,线粒体肿胀少,V-R间隙轻微改变。结论:心肺脑复苏早期舍用乌司他丁可以减轻脑组织损伤,乌司他丁对复苏后组织器官损伤起到一定保护作用。 Objective: To explore ultrastiuctural changes of brain tissue and intervenient effects of UTI in rats after cardiopulmonary-cerebral-resuscitation(CPCR).Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group (n = 8) , resuscitation group(n =8) and UTI group(n = 8) . Tracheotomy was performed on the control group.CPCR animal models were established in group of resuscitation and UTI. UTI 105 U/kg were injected in UTI group when resuscitation. The ultraatructural changes of the cerebral tissue were observed at six hours after tracheotomy or resuscitation.Results: After CPCR,the ultrastructure in brain tissue showed that the injury can be relieved obviously in UTI group.Conclusion: UTI prevented the organ s damage.
