摘要
介绍了钠碱法用于烟气脱硫的机理 ,试验了不同填料高度下碱液pH值、碱液流量、SO2 流量的改变对脱硫效率的影响。结果表明 :填料高度越高 ,即气液接触面积越大 ,接触时间越长 ,脱硫率越高 ;但成本较高 ,塔压降也较大 ,因此 ,适宜高度应选取在 30~ 40cm ,脱硫液流量在 1 2 0~ 1
The mechanism introduction of SO_2 removing in flue gas by sodium hydroxide method is presented in this paper. The desulphurization efficiency varies with different pH value of sodium hydroxide solution, with different flow rate of sodium hydroxide solution, with different flow rate of SO_2 gas under a certain height of packing bed is experimented. The experimental results shows that with the increasing of the height of packing bed , the contact area of the gas and the solution is increased, the contact time of the gas and the solution is increased, the desulphurization efficiency will be raised, but at the same time the cost of~system and the pressure drop of the tower shall also be raised, so the optimal height of packing bed is suggested as 30~40cm, the optimal flow rate of sodium hydroxide solution is suggested as 120~140L/h.
