摘要
制备了硅胶负载的Cs2 .5H0 .5PW1 2 0 4 0 催化剂 ,并用于叔戊烯与甲醇的醚化反应。考察了催化剂制备方法和工艺条件对叔戊烯转化率的影响。研究结果表明 ,以低钠硅胶为载体 ,在负载量 40 %、焙烧温度 40 0℃条件下制备的Cs2 .5H0 .5PW1 2 0 4 0 SiO2 催化剂具有较高的催化活性。在反应温度为 80℃、压力为 1 .0MPa、n(甲醇 ) n(叔戊烯 )为 1 .1、LHSV为 1h- 1 的条件下 ,叔戊烯的转化率为 68.5 7%。Cs2 .5H0 .5PW1 2 0 4 0 SiO2 催化剂对于叔戊烯与甲醇的醚化反应具有良好的活性与选择性 ,是一种理想的叔戊烯与甲醇的醚化反应的催化剂。
New supported cesium salts of 12-tungstophoric acid (Cs 2.5H 0.5PW 12O 40) with silica gel as support were prepared. And the influences of the preparation method and the reaction condition on percent conversion of the tertiary amylenes were investigated. The experimental results showed that 40 % Cs 2.5H 0.5PW 120 40/SiO 2 catalysts roasted at 400 ℃ have excellent catalytic activities. Under the conditions of reaction temperature 70 ℃, reaction pressure 1.0 MPa, and n(methanol)/n(tertiary amylene) 1.05, the percent conversion of tertiary amylene was up to 87.36 %. The Cs 2.5H 0.5PW 120 40/SiO 2 catalyst has good activity and selectivity for the etherification of tertiary amylenes and methanol, which could become an excellent solid acid catalyst for the etherification of tertiary olefins and methanol.
