摘要
目的 :研究前列腺癌组织中Smad4蛋白表达情况及意义。方法 :应用免疫组化的方法对 4 9例前列腺癌组织和 1 2例正常前列腺组织中Smad4蛋白的表达进行检测。结果 :Smad4蛋白在正常前列腺组织中的阳性表达为 83.3% (1 0 /1 2 ) ,在T1 ~T2 期前列腺癌中的阳性表达为 5 2 .4 % (1 1 /2 1 ) ,在T3 ~T4期的阳性表达为 4 2 .8% (1 2 /2 8) ,后两者与正常前列腺组织相比差异具有统计学意义 ,P <0 .0 5。在高分化腺癌中阳性表达为 5 6 .5 % (1 3/2 3) ,中分化腺癌中阳性表达为 4 4 .4 % (8/1 8) ,低分化腺癌中阳性表达为 2 5 % (2 /8) ,低分化和中分化的前列腺癌与正常前列腺组织相比均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :Smad4在低分化 ,高分期中表达减少可能与前列腺癌的发生、发展和预后有关。
Objective: To investigate the expression and biological significance of Smad 4 protein in prostate carcinoma tissue. Methods: Smad 4 protein was detected in 49 tissues of prostate carcinoma and 12 normal prostate tissues by using immunohistochemical method. Results: The positive expression rate of Smad 4 protein was 83.3%(10/12) in normal prostate tissue 52 4%(11/21) in that of T 1 to T 2 stage, and 42.8%(12/28) in that of T 3 to T 4. The difference was significant (P<0.05). The positive expression rate of Smad 4 protein in highly differentiated adenocarcinoma tissues was 56.5%(13/23). The positive expression rate of Smad 4 protein in medium differentiated adenocarcinoma tissue was 44.4%(8/18),and in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma tissue was 25%(2/8). Their differences with the positive expression rate of Smad 4 in normal prostate tissue were significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: Expression of Smad 4 protein deceased in poorly differentiated and high stage prostate carcinoma tissue. It may be associated with the formation, development, and prognosis of prostate carcinoma.
