摘要 目的 :研究mTOR/P70S6激酶信号通路激活在腮腺腺癌发生中的作用。方法 :用免疫组织化学方法及Western印迹分析测定腮腺腺癌中mTOR和P70S6激酶的表达。结果 :免疫组化与Western印迹分析的结果一致 ,与正常组织相比 ,腮腺腺癌中mTOR和P70S6激酶的表达明显增加。结论 Objective: To observe the expression of mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) and P70 S6 kinase (P70 S6K) signal pathway in oral parotid adenocarcinoma. Methods: mTOR and p70 S6 kinase were examined by means of S P immunohistochemical technique and Western blot test. Results: The expression level of mTOR and p70 S6k increased obviously in oral parotid adenocarcinoma tissue. The expression of immunological assay is same as the Western blot. Conclusion: Higher expression of mTOR and P70 S6K may be involved in the pathogenesis of oral parotid adenocarcinoma.
