摘要
运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、系统分析法等,对我国青少年足球教练员的现状及其面临的主要问题进行分析,并在此基础上提出改进的意见。
The basic problem of the Chinese football teenager' s football, but grasp teenager' s football is to grasp the teenager' coach troops. By means of cultural heritage data method, expert interviews method, system the analysis method etc. , this paper analyses our country present condition and its existed key problems of teenager's football coach and puts forward some feasible opinions.
