俄罗斯已走过十年风雨历程,其外交政策几经调整,经历了从亲西方的"一边倒"政策到面向东西方的"双头鹰"全方位外交的演变过程。在不同时期,根据时局的变化,俄罗斯对其外交政策进行了微调,实际上每一次调整都具有一定的背景和明确的意图。
Russia has undergone a stormy course for ten years.Its diplomatic policy has been regulated for several times.It has a developing process from the pro-West policy to the omnibearing diplomacy.In different times,Russia was to tune its diplomatic policy according to changed situation.Actually,each adjustment is of a certain background and a clear intention.
