摘要
在当今世界格局不断变化的新形势下,认清中俄关系发展趋势,对于我国制定正确的对俄政策意义重大。目前,我们对中俄关系发展趋势的判断比较乐观,但搞清楚俄罗斯方面对待中俄关系的态度则更为重要。只有这样,才有利于我国有针对性地采取措施,促进中俄战略协作伙伴关系持续、健康向前发展。
To know the developing tendency of Sino-Russian relations is of great significance for us to work out a correct Russian policy under the new situation of changable current world structure.At present,we are optimistic about the development of the two nations' relations,but it is even more important to make clear the Russians' attitude towards the Sino-Russian relations.Only in this way can China adopt some measures accordingly so as to move forward the two countries'partnership continuously and healthily.
