摘要
计算机网络的出现、多种载体形式的文献的出现 ,给用户获取信息带来方便的同时 ,也给用户获取自己所需的信息带来了巨大的障碍 ,由此导致了用户需求的信息需求模式发生了根本性的变化 :由传统的对文献馆藏地的需求转向对能满足个人需要的个性化信息的需求 。
The emergence of Internet and documents with multi-carriers not only brings users convenince in obtaining information,but also makes some obstacle.So the model of userss information demand has fundamentally changed from demand for the place of document to demand for individual information.Therefore,we must set up the mode of information service to meet users demand for individual information.
