摘要
本文应用集合论方法对科技查新对比分析过程进行抽象描述 ,为此提出了查新科技要素及其各自不同范畴、集合和交集等概念。
This paper abstractly depicted the contrastive and analytical process of science and technology novelty searching by means of the set theory,for that it proposes science and technology elements as well as different scopes,sets and intersections of them.It accurately discusses the set analytical method needed during the contrastive and analytical process of science and technology novelty searching and conclusion writing,and content of science and technology elements which should be laid stress or ignored in searching reports.
