摘要
在分析浮法退火窑中玻璃带传热特性的基础上,建立了玻璃带温度和热流分布的数学模型。用数值方法在IBM-PC/XT计算机上计算得到了玻璃带的温度和热流分布;进入退火窑各区的玻璃带的温度和热流分布,要经过一段时间才能趋于稳定,有些区(如D区和E区)甚至根本达不到稳定;稳定后的玻璃带温差和热流各区不同;玻璃带的厚度、运动速度和冷却速率对玻璃带的温差和热流有较大影响;玻璃带的热流与冷却速率呈线性关系,玻璃带表面与中心的温差与冷却速率近似呈线性关系。计算结果为浮法玻璃退火窑设计和控制提供了依据。
Based on analysis of heat transfer, a mathematical model ■dev■numeri ally to calculate the temperature and heat flux distributions of glass ribben in ■ling l■hrs for float glass, and BASIC program is given. Simulations were made for the effects of the thickness and speed of glass ribbon and the cooling rate on con■puter IBM ■ XT,■ takes some time for the temperature and heat flux distributions to reach ■teady ■, and ■mperature differences between the central and top surfaces of glass ribben and heat flu■ different from each other in the zones of a lehr. The hea■ flux is dir■ly proportional to ■ cooling rate and the temperature difference approxima■ely proportional to ■cooling rate.
