摘要
以控制理论的观点和方法研究了一类中性粒细胞系统的动态数学模型。离子辐射和骨髓移植的效应可解释为模型细胞池初值的变化。中性粒细胞在不同阶段的动态行为表明,这些细胞池初值对功能细胞的效应在时间轴上是相互区别的。应用这些分布特性,提出了基于规则的估计不可测细胞状态的方法。临床的离子辐射和骨髓移植病人数据与仿真结果的比较,验证了本法的有效性。
A mathematical model of granulocytopoiesis is reinvestigated in a view of control science. The effect of ionizing radiation and bone marrow transplantation can be interpreted as the change of initial states of the cell model. The dynamic behaviours of the granulocyte cell at different stages show that dynamic effects of these cells on function cell distinguish themself roughly along the time axis. By using this property, a rule base and a strategy for estimation of unmeasurable cell initial states has been established. Patient data from ionizing radiation and bone marrow transplantation are used to demonstrate the effectiveness of our method.
