摘要
本文报告了100例冠状动脉造影与常规心电图和运动试验对比分析结界。冠造阳性组48例(18%)中,运动试验阳性的37例(77.08%),心电图阳性的26例(54.16%)。冠造阴性组52例(52%)中,运功试验阳性的16例(30.76%),心电图阳性的21例(40.38%)。两组运动试验结果差异非常显著(P<0.001),两组心电图改变意义不大(P>0.05)。运动试验对冠心病诊断的敏感性为69.81%,特异性为76.60%。
A couparative analysis of coronary angiography(CA).With electrocardiogr apy (ECG) and exercise testing in 100 cases of CHD.The results suggested that 48 cases (48%) were CA positive in whom 37 cases (77.08%) with positive exercise testing and 26 cases (30.76%) with positive ECG,in sametime.On the otherhand,52 cases (52%) with CA hegative in whom 16, cases (30.76%)with positive exercise test and 21 cases (40.38%) with positive ECG.The exercise testing between the two groups was quite different (P<0.001)but no significant difference of ECG b(?)tween them(P>0.05).The sensitivity rate of exercise testing in the diagnosis of CHD was 69.81% and the specificity rate was 76.60%.
